How do I place an order?

Ordering from SaraceniWines.com.au is simple. You can browse red, white, rosé, brut bubbly and sweet bubbly, and then add to cart. Or take the stress out of buying with our mixed cases! You do not need to create an account to checkout, but it does make the re-ordering process easier. Be sure to send your wines to an address where someone 18+ will be available to sign.

Is this a Wine Club?

We're not another Wine Club, we’re not a website that chooses which wines you get to enjoy. We’re not a retailer that heavily marks up their entire inventory. We make our unique & quality wine and send it to you directly to make any occasion one to remember. You’ll place one-time orders without any commitment or monthly deliveries.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards. We also offer express checkout with PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay and Afterpay [Shop Now, Pay Later]

Do I have to pay Customs fees?

No, since all orders ship from Australia (Albury, NSW) you don't have to pay Customs duties or import taxes.

When will my order ship?

Delivery time vary depending on the delivery area. Usually, you can expect your order within 3-5 business days for Metro areas, 5-7 business days for Regional areas, 7-10 days for Country areas.

How can I track an order?

You will receive a notification via email along with the courier tracking number once the package is en route.

Can I Mix & Match products in my order?

Absolutely! You can mix and match single bottles of wine for your order creating your own mixed case.

My shipment was damaged. What now?

Sorry to hear that. E-mail us at info@fratellisaraceni.com with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund or we’ll re-ship you replacement product free of charge.

You have sent me the wrong product

In the unlikely event you have receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately providing your order number, the name of the item you did not receive, the name of the item you received instead of the ordered one, and a photo of the items you have received. Once we receive the above info, our Customs Support Team will proceed immediately creating a new shipment for the missing product.

What are your bottles made of? Are they recyclable?

Our bottles are made of high-quality glass and are fully recyclable.

Is it safe to receive and handle a shipment during COVID-19 ?

We are taking all possible steps to keep our customers, employees and partners safe. We're still working away as hard as ever, while following guidelines from the World Health Organization and local authorities. And we're happy to say that we're still shipping and delivery is guaranteed.

The World Health Organization (WHO) and AU local authorities have stated that the likelihood of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is very low because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces.
Our logistic partners are following the guidance of global health experts at the WHO on preventing the spread of the virus. Their ongoing efforts include:

  • Providing sanitizer and disinfectants to team members
  • Promoting social distancing at security screening and on employee shuttles
  • Disinfecting facilities more frequently
  • Supplying gloves and personal protection equipment to team members where needed
  • Implementing temperature checking of team members in some high risk areas
  • Temperature self-monitoring by pilots per FAA Guidelines
  • Disinfecting the cockpits, jumpseat areas, and aircraft lavatories
